Standpoint

The CRC Presidium observes with great concern the situation regarding the Czech Science Foundation (CSF). Transparency and independence of evaluation process at the CSF have been questioned in the eyes of the public owing to unclear reasons given to the decision of the CSF Presidium on changing the order of centers of excellence. We expect a straightforward solution to the situation including personal responsibility in the management of the CSF which will restore its credibility.
