Resolution

The Plenum of the Czech Rectors Conference (CRC) adopted at its 118th Meeting following resolution:

1. CRC supports the continuation of work on the preparation of the methodology of research, development and innovation results assessment for purposes of research institutions funding in the transitional period towards possible implementation of outputs of the Individual National Project Methodology 2.
2. CRC expects that during the work on the Higher Education Institutions Act Amendment the cooperation with the relevant CRC working group will be offered in all stages of the amendment preparation as well as the submission to the CRC of paragraph version before sending it to the regular comment procedure.
3. CRC draws attention to serious problems with the implementation of projects supported mainly from the Research and Development for Innovation Operational Program arising from the actual wording of the Public Procurement Act and the impossibility of its implementation in the area of top science and research.
